Article 1: Applicability and Binding Effect These conditions constitute a complete and legally binding contract between the User and CortexAi.

Any breach of these terms may result in immediate suspension of platform access.

Article 2: Nature of Services (Execution Only) CortexAi provides advanced technical infrastructure for data aggregation and AI-based analytical indicators.

No Advice: We act exclusively as a technology provider and do not provide financial or investment advice.

Regulatory Status: We do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) as we provide technical tools, not financial products.

Autonomy: All financial decisions are executed at the User’s sole discretion and risk.

Article 3: Legal Risk Disclosure The User explicitly acknowledges the following:

Market Volatility: Financial markets are subject to unpredictable and extreme price fluctuations.

Capital Loss: Trading carries an inherent risk of total loss of the capital invested.

No Performance Assurance: Historical data and algorithmic probabilities offer no guarantee of future results.

Article 4: Intellectual Property The entire infrastructure, including data models, source code, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of CortexAi.

Reverse engineering or unauthorized extraction of data is strictly prohibited.

Any distribution of platform content requires prior written consent.

Article 5: Governing Law and Jurisdiction This contract is exclusively governed by the laws in force in the State of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sydney.

The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
